We only use the highest density CFC free foam virgin cores which are superior to most manufactures cores and can withstand heavy loads including harsh Northern snowfalls, children and small animals. Materials Used to build our replacement hot tub covers

CFC Free Foam virgin core wiped, coated and vacuum wrapped for Reduced Water Absorption.
We offer the option to wrap the foam core with various thickness of polysheeting for added protection. This is highly recommended.
Stitching is all reinforced with over 30 points of internal reinforcement at all stress and problem areas including our handles.
Only the highest marine grade vinyl with UV and mildrew inhibitors are used to ensure your cover keeps its look throughout the years.
Aluminum reinforced stiffeners are used down teh center for added strength and reduce cover warping.
Tuff Laminated Poly Woven Liner, treated to resist chemical fading and stretching.
Lockable child safety straps to help protect your children and pets while meeting ASTM Standards for hot tub covers.
Lockable straps include male-female clips, keys and stainless steel screws

I highly recommend Northern Hot Tub Covers! In a time when hot tub covers were delayed due to COVID, this company was so wonderful. Every time I called I received a friendly person that let me know where my order was and approximate times. It ended up coming in on time, which was a surprise considering we’re in pandemic. And they nearly always answered the phone! Our cover looks and works great and we would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a new cover!

I ordered the new cover online, the process was simple and help was available when needed. My cover was delivered to my door approximately 6 weeks after I placed the order. If you’re sceptical of ordering online like I was, don’t be, the cover looks and fits great. I upgraded my cover and still paid way less than what I had been quoted by other suppliers.
