I highly recommend Northern Hot Tub Covers! In a time when hot tub covers were delayed due to COVID, this company was so wonderful. Every time I called I received a friendly person that let me know where my order was and approximate times. It ended up coming in on time, which was a surprise considering we’re in pandemic. I ordered the new cover online, the process was simple and help was available when needed. My cover was delivered to my door approximately 6 weeks after I placed the order. If you’re sceptical of ordering online like I was, don’t be, the cover looks and fits great. I upgraded my cover and still paid way less than what I had been quoted by other suppliers.
